  • Magazines or books you can cut up
  • Glue

Tools:

  • Scissors

Steps:

  1. Create a blank book by folding a few pieces of paper in half
  2. Search through magazines or books for pictures of food and glue them into your book
  3. Draw your own pictures of food and color them
  4. Find out which foods are healthy and which are not
  5. Circle the healthy foods
  6. Cross out the unhealthy foods like sugary snacks
