Steps:
- Create a blank book by folding a few pieces of paper in half
- Search through magazines or books for pictures of food and glue them into your book
- Draw your own pictures of food and color them
- Find out which foods are healthy and which are not
- Circle the healthy foods
- Cross out the unhealthy foods like sugary snacks
